We understand that your pets are like family, and it’s our top priority to make you feel comfortable with the care we provide them. To make sure all your questions are answered, we’ve included a few of our FAQs below.
When can I check in and out?
Charging is per day. You will therefore be charged for the day you check in and the day of check out. Check in and out is anytime during our opening hours.
What will my cat be fed during their stay?
We stock the following brands of dry food; Go-cat, Royal Canine (Adult), Purina One. IAMS and Hills (Adult) and the following wet foods; Sheba, Whiskas, Felix (as good as it gets) and Purina (various varieties). If your pet eats a different diet, you are welcome to bring their food along with you. We will use the food provided for the entirety of their stay and return any unused to you at the time of check out. This arrangement also applies to prescription diets.
My cat has daily medication, can this be given during their stay?
Medication can be administered to your pet during their stay. An additional payment of £2:00 per day is made for this service.
Will my cat share his/her room with another cat?
No, only cats from the same family will share accommodation. We have family suites available for families of 3 or more cats.
What can my cat bring with them?
We want your cat to feel like we are a home from home. We do provide everything to ensure your cat has the comfiest stay. You are however welcome to bring any of your cats favourite bedding and toys with you, but please be aware these are left at your own risk.
How can I check on my cat during their stay?
You are more than welcome to phone, email, text or Whats App us during your pets stay and we will happily provide feedback and send pictures (which may also appear on our gallery with your consent).
